It’s a simple set for this weekend, however, with such good weather on the horizon, it would be a crime if you didn’t get outside everyday and did something active!
Do 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 of each of the following:
180 Degree Jump Squat
Mountain Climbers (each side)
Don’t forget to warm up properly (get a slight sweat going) and your joint mobility exercises and do static stretches afterward!
