Hey everyone for this set, as for every set you do, make sure you are warmed up properly (try doing the medicine ball wood chop warm up to get started) and you have done a head to toe joint mobility set so you are all loose.
Then do 15 of each of the following exercises as a circuit, trying to do as many full sets of the circuit as you can in 30 minutes.
1. Kettlebell Snatch Left Side
2. Kettlebell 2 Hand Swing
3. Kettlebell Snatch Right Side
4. Alternating 1 Hand Swing
5. Mountain Climbers (15x each foot)
Don’t forget to stretch when you are done!
