At Home Kettlebell Circuit

For this workout, get a sweat on, make sure you do your joint mobility exercises and be prepared for a kettlebell workout.

Do each of the exercises below:

1 Hand Swing L

Squat Press

Around the Body Pass

1 Hand Swing R

Clean and press L

Around the Body Pass

2 hand swing

Clean and press R

Around the Body Pass

Do 20 reps of each exercise as a circuit, except for the Around the Body Pass, do 10 of those.

Try to do as many full sets of the circuit in 30 minutes.  Mark it down in your workout notebook and challenge youself in a month’s time to track your progress.
