The 300 Workout

Print this workout, and keep a tally.  Once you reach 300 points, you are done!  Don’t forget to do a good warm up and joint mobility exercises before starting this workout and stretch after you are finished.

300 workout

Do any combination of the following exercises to reach 300 points.

10-Minute Run = 50 points

10 x  Burpees = 20 points

20 x 180 Degree Jump Squats = 20 points

100 x Jumping Jacks = 20 points

30 x Crunches = 15 points

15 x Alternating Lunge with Twist (each side) = 15 points

20 Push Ups = 10 points

5 Sprints (20 seconds each) = 10 points

20 x Deep Squats = 10 points

1 Minute Plank = 20 points
