Recipe: DIY Yogurt Cups

Ha!  Here’s a great idea for a week day snack whether you are at work or school.  I got the idea from thekitchn.com .

Supplies:

1 cup sized mason jars and lids

Plain yogurt

Possible additions:

1. Berry jam, a handful of blueberries, a drizzle of honey, and a few walnuts

2. A cut up, fresh, perfectly ripe peach and honey on top.

3. Oats and Kiwi

4. Peanut Butter and Honey

5. Stewed fruit

6. Granola!

7. Apple slices, cinnamon, honey and Granola – I have been addicted to this for years.
