Here’s a great new set you can do either at home or at the gym. The focus is on cardio and giving your arms a good all-round workout. You can substitute the running on a treadmill for running outside.
Do a good warm up, make sure you have broken a sweat.
Joint Mobility Exercises
With a treadmill: Run for 5 minutes – not a jog, RUN! After 5 minutes do the following:
20x shoulder press – with a kettlebell or dumbbells or barbell
25x push ups
15x Bicep Curls
10x Tricep Dips – use a chair
Repeat the run and exercises 4 more times, for 5 sets total.
Don’t forget to do your Static Stretches.
