Kettlebell & Sprint Set

For this set all you will need is your kettlebell and either a back yard or a park. Might as well get some exercise outside while you still can!

NOTE: for the sprints, make sure you have a space that is about 10 yards long.  1 rep for the sprints it there and back.

Make sure you have warmed up and have done a set of joint mobility exercises.

The set:

30X 2 hand kettlebell swing

30X squat press

30X alternating 1 hand swing (each hand)

10X Sprints

20X 2 hand kettlebell swing

1 minute break

20X squat press

20X alternating 1 hand swing (each hand)

20X Sprints

1 minute break

10X 2 hand kettlebell swing

10X squat press

10X alternating 1 hand swing (each hand)

30X Sprints

 

When you are finished this set, don’t forget to stretch!
