New Workout: Kettlebell Circuit

For this set, as with all sets, make sure you do your joint mobility exercises and warm up properly. Then,

Kettlebell Circuit

Jog for 5 minutes

20 kettlebell swings
20 push ups
20 squats
20 crunches
20 mountain climbers

That is one set. Do 3 total.

Don’t forget to stretch after you are finished.
