New Workout: Inverse Ladder

For this workout, as always, make sure you are warmed up and your joints have each been focused on for a 15 seconds each.

Inverse Ladder:

For this set you will need a set of stairs, a kettlebell and water because it is hot outside!

Do the Stairs set, then immediately do the Kettlebell set of Swings followed by the Bottom Up Press, then go back to the stairs.

Example: 1x Stair Sprint, 50x Kettlebell Swings, 20x Bottom Up Press

Repeat until you are finished.

Stairs: Sprint to the top, then jog down, that is 1 rep

1x, 2x,  3x, 4x, 5x, 6x, 7x, 8x, 9x, 10x

Kettlebell:

Swings: 50x, 45x, 40x, 35x, 30x, 25x, 20x, 15x, 10x, 5x

Bottoms Up Press: 20x, 18x, 16x, 14x, 12x, 10x, 8x, 6x, 4x, 2x
