Medicine Ball Workout

 

 

For the set below, make sure you are warmed up and have done your joint mobility exercises, then see below for your set for this week

Medicine Ball Circuits

For each of the numbered circuits, once you pick up the medicine ball, you can not put it down until all sets are finished.

Starting at Station A, do 20 reps, and travel to Station B by doing the exercise in the middle.  Do 20 reps at Station B. Return with the middle exercise to Station A. Repeat for 3 sets total.

1. Overhead Sit Up                       2 Legged Leap                         Crunch

1 minute break

2. Russian Twist                          Walking Lunge                          Leg Raises

1 minute break

3. Squat                                      Sprint                                       Calf Raises

1 minute break

When you are finished the final set, don’t forget to do some Static Stretches, holding each position for at least 30 seconds.
