So for a new workout, try out this ladder style circuit using a medicine ball.
Do a good warm up and don’t forget to do your joint mobility exercises.
Your Medicine Ball Exercises are:
Medicine Ball Burpee
Sit Up (tag medicine ball on ground behind your head, then do a full sit up, finish with medicine ball directly above your head)
Now here is where the ladder comes in:
Do each of the above exercises in order above for the following reps: 10, 15, 20, 25, 30
Then do your static stretches before finishing up for the weekend.
