Bonus Workout for Blog Readers – Kettlebell Set

For this workout, make sure you are all warmed up. Do whatever you have to in order to get your heart rate up – break a sweat.
Once you have warmed up, do dynamic stretches, warming up your joints in preparation of your work out.

Then go put your kettlebell about 30 feet away (Station B) from you and jog back to your starting position (Station A).

Station A
Crunches
Leg Raises
Russian Twist

Station B
Kettlebell Swings
Squat Press
Jumping Jacks

Starting at Station A, do 5 of each of the above exercises, then run to station B
At Station B, do 5 of each of the above exercises and return to Station A.
Then repeat for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 for each station.

When you are finished, do a set of static stretches and print this workout and save it for later!
