Here’s a great set to do with your Kettlebell at home or in a park (do it in a park, the weather is getting so nice!)
Warm up as you like and do your joint mobility exercises, then:
Do 10, 20, 30 reps of each as a circuit.
1 hand swing – alternate
Clean and Press
2 hand swing
Afterward, don’t forget to do your static stretches.
Don’t forget that Core Conditioning is going outside starting May 1st!
