Hey everyone, here’s a set you can do at home. All you need is a kettlebell and a good warm up to get started.
5 x Burpees
10 x Squat Press with Kettlebell
15 x Push Ups
20 x Crunches
25 x Kettlebell Swings
30 x Squat Style Jumping Jacks
Do this whole set 3 times and time yourself. Train through the month and test yourself again in 5 weeks. Try to better your time.
Don’t forget to cool down and stretch after your workout!
