New Year’s Notes

Hey, everyone.

I hope you all had a great holiday season and that you stayed as close to your regular routine as you could in regards to eating and exercise, taking into account some of my tips I posted around Christmas and New Year’s.  For myself, I got out running every other day and minimized the sweets (lucky for me I don’t really like chocolate all that much).

For the new year Core Conditioning classes are starting up again on Tuesday, January 10th at 6 p.m. at the Takahashi Dojo.  Come on out to get started on your new year of training!
