See below for basically the template for every smoothie I drink in the morning. I vary the fruit a lot, but I always put frozen fruit in, bananas and the balkan style yogurt – I try to avoid sweetened yogurt. I just don`t like it.
5 strawberries, fresh or frozen
6 – 10 raspberries, fresh or frozen
Small handful pineapplecut into pieces
6 ounces low Balkan style Yogurt
4 – 8 ounces milk (I use cranberry juice, but you decide
2 tbsp flax seed oil
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until desired consistency. Add more milk if you want the smoothie a bit thinner. Serve immediately.
