October Schedule

I hope everyone had a great weekend and enjoyed the Homework Set. 
See below for the Core conditioning Schedule for October, as it is a little different than usual.
October 2011:
Week 1 - Oct. 4 & 6 - regular times
Week 2 - Oct. 11 & 13 - Cancelled as I am away training in Halifax
Week 3 - Oct. 18 regular time 
               Oct. 20 - regular times, Yoga Class with Guest Instructor
        Sat. Oct 22 class at 12 noon
Week 4 - Oct. 25 & 27 - regular times, 
        Sat. Oct. 29 class at 12 noon
